Animals have cholesterol but plants do not.
High bad cholesterol can cause: plaque in arteries, kidney & gall stones, heart disease, stroke & death.
Iron, zinc, calcium & amino acids you can get from eating nuts, green vegetables, poultry, fish & eggs.
Our liver produces essential good cholesterol when we regularly eat: oats, oily fish/salmon, nuts, avocado, olive oil, legumes, berries, leafy greens, fruits & vegetables. Eat as many of these foods every day, take herbal supplements Bergamot & Aged Garlic (in pill form from a health food store) & stop all fake sugars, dairy & red meat, smoking, vaping, drugs & alcohol for healthy cholesterol and a healthy heart.
Pain comes from either muscle tension or inflammation.
To relieve pain from muscle tension take Magnesium 1 or2 pills & eat a handful of cashews or almonds at bedtime to help relax your muscles.
For pain relief from inflammation take Turmeric and Boswella - traditional healing herbs/spices you can get in pill form from a health food store. Type 2 diabetes comes from processed sugars & artificial sweeteners. No-one gets diabetes from eating fruit. T2d can be reversed by removing all processed sugars, artificial sweeteners, junk foods, sugary & zero drinks from your diet & replacing with berries, unsalted dry roasted nuts, 2-3 pieces of fruit, 5-6 different vegetables (raw or cooked), avocados, chicken & eggs every day.

Ingredients
1 zucchini, 1 eggplant, 1 large potato, cumin, 2 eggs, olive oil.
Put some olive oil into a frying pan and add chopped zucchini, eggplant and peeled/ chopped potato. Do not add salt. Instead, add 1 teaspoon cumin. Stir-fry until cooked. Make scrambled eggs or omelette and pair with the fried vegetables.
Ingredients
Strawberries, blueberries, kiwifruit, 1/2 cup blanched almonds, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 cup almond milk.
Wash your strawberries and blueberries and put into an eating bowl. Add chopped kiwifruit.
Put into a blender the almonds, walnuts & almond milk. Puree and pour over the berries & kiwis.
Ingredients
2 large potatoes, 2 carrots, butter made from olive oil, almond milk, white pepper, green beans.
Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut into small pieces and put into a cooking pot. Cover with water and cook until soft (20-25 minute). Drain off the water. Add a shake of white pepper, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil butter and mash together. Stir in 1/4 cup almond milk. Pair with cooked green beans.
Ingredients
1 large potato, 1 piece pumpkin, 1 turnip, olive oil butter, almond milk, cumin, egg plant or zucchini.
Peel the potatoes, pumpkin & turnip and cut into small pieces. Put into a cooking pot, cover with water and cook until soft (about 20 minutes). Drain off the water and add 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil butter and mash together. Stir in 1/4 cup almond milk. Pair with fried eggplant or zucchini (optional).
Ingredients
Lettuce, bell peppers, cucumber, zucchini, olives, fish, chicken or turkey.
Wash ingredients. In a mixing bowl place the lettuce, chopped bell peppers, chopped cucumber, olives and chopped zucchini. Add a sprinkling of olive oil and mix together. Pair with cooked fish, chicken or turkey.
Ingredients
Kale, spinach, 3 carrots, cantaloupe, 1/2 cup coconut water, 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
Put washed kale, spinach, cantaloupe and carrots into a juicer. Add the ginger and juice. Add the coconut water.
For easier digestion eat bananas on their own. 30 mins after eating and 30 mins before eating.
Eat 2-3 oranges throughout the day every day to boost your immunity, energy and hydration.
Oranges also help with natural pain relief.
Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats, 1 cup almond milk, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries.
Put the oats and almond milk into a cooking pot. Bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes. Cool for 2-3 minutes then add the strawberries, blueberries and chopped cantaloupe. Mix all together.
EASY ONE POT MEAL FOR KIDS - DELICIOUS AND HIGHLY NUTRITIOUS

2 carrots
1/2 cup frozen green peas
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
Method
Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut them into bite size and put into a cooking pot. Add the frozen green peas and a little salt, cover with water, cover with a lid, bring to the boil and cook for 20-30 minutes or until a sharp knife will slice easily through the carrots.
Drain the water, add the butter & mash. Then add the milk & mash again.
Serve
EASY ONE POT MEAL FOR KIDS - DELICIOUS AND HIGHLY NUTRITIOUS

1 sweet potato (golden or purple)
1/4 pumpkin
5 broccoli flowerettes
5 cauliflower flowerettes
2 tablespoons butter
Method
Peel the sweet potato and pumpkin and cut into bite size pieces. Put into a cooking pot, add the broccoli and cauliflower. Add a little salt, cover with water, cover with a lid, bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes or until a sharp knife slice easily through the potato.
Drain the water, add the butter and mash.

Everything you eat and drink during pregnancy affects your baby’s development and growth. If you consume a lot of sugar (including sugary and zero drinks) and processed junk foods your baby will lack nutrients needed to develop properly and you may deliver an autistic baby, or a baby who suffers from regular seizures, or has behavioural, speech, sleep and/or learning difficulties. Non-fruit sugars (processed cane sugar, stevia, dextrose, sucrose, artificial sweeteners) can contribute to abnormal brain development in a fetus.
If you want a normal healthy baby you must give it the level of daily nutrition needed for good development and growth. Fruits and vegetables, eggs, berries and nuts (if you don’t have a nut allergy) are vital for the health of your unborn baby. Our pregnancy diet plan has the right level of daily nutrition for both mother and baby.
Folate (Vitamin B9) is needed to produce healthy red blood cells and is critical during pregnancy and fetal development. Foods rich in folate are: tomatoes, avocado, spinach, kale, cabbage, green beans, green peas, asparagus, brussels sprouts, broccoli, beetroot, lentils, eggs, fresh fruits and nuts. Eating as many of these foods daily during pregnancy can help you to produce a physically and mentally healthy baby.
A high intake of non-fruit sugars and processed junk foods can contribute to a feeling of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. If you suffer from morning sickness you can take ginger as a capsule or drink ginger tea or some people find just sniffing a stick of ginger works too. You are less likely to have morning sickness if you eat a diet rich in nutrients and less of the bad stuff.

Cabbage leaves act as an anti-inflammatory for new mum’s breasts. When your milk comes in insert clean cabbage leaves into your bra to calm your breasts and stop swelling.
For us to sustain good physical, mental and dental health and to stop chronic diseases, autoimmune diseases and chronic pain, we need to eliminate the use of processed sugars and artificial sweeteners. We need our sugar producing farmers to switch to growing berries, nuts, fruits and vegetables -- and lots of them.
The high levels of cholesterol in cows, pigs & sheep (lamb) is good for them BUT BAD FOR US. High levels of bad cholesterol can block our arteries with plaque, form stones in our kidneys and gallbladder and cause major heart problems, which could result in stroke, heart attack or death. In regards to our food intake we need farmers to farm chickens (for eggs and meat), turkeys (for meat) and goats (for milk, cheese and meat).
Goat milk is the closest to human breast milk and does not need to be pasteurized so retains its goodness for our consumption.
Goat meat is lower in saturated fats and cholesterol and may help reduce bad cholesterol levels in humans.

My journey into food nutrition began when doctors told me I had heart disease, lung disease, liver disease, very high blood pressure and cholesterol and a large stone in my gallbladder. They wanted to medicate me. I said no and instead embarked on my journey of discovery, learning how I could use food to restore and control my good health.

I ate a lot of apples to dissolve the stone and repair my gallbladder - no surgeries, no medications. For many years I had a cough from lung disease. I learned that egg yokes contain nutrients that suppress the symptoms of lung disease. Within minutes of eating eggs my cough stopped, so I added eggs to my weekly intake to keep the cough away - and it works.
I began eating fruit every day and found the more fruit I ate the better my health became. I soon learned that fruit offers us improved energy, excellent hydration, boosted immunity, extraordinary healing and natural pain relief and is therefore a must in our every day food intake.
