Reduce Cancer & Chronic Pain Naturally and Safely

Nutritionists study the effects of food on the human body.

CANCER

Cancer comes when your immune system becomes weak and can no longer fight off inflammation & cancer.

PAIN

Pain comes from inflammation.

As Nutritionists we can help reduce cancer and chronic pain by using the right foods to boost your immunity.

No dangerous drugs, no nasty side-effects.

What causes weak immunity?

Major contributors that attack and weaken your immune system, your bone density, your mental health and all of your organs are:

1.  processed sugars, artificial sweeteners, processed foods, sugar drinks including zero;

2. drugs, including prescription;

3. smoking and vaping;

4. alcohol.

How can you overcome cancer and chronic pain?

Strengthening your immunity every day is the key to preventing & overcoming cancer & chronic pain.

Once your immune system is strong it can do the job for which it is designed:

1. to seek out & destroy damaged/ inflamed cells;

2.  to rid the body naturally and safely of those damaged/inflamed cells.

The best of mother nature's foods really do heal.

How can you strengthen your immunity?

Eat fruit 5-6 times a day for energy, hydration and healing.   All fruit is equal so choose what you like.

Start every meal with a piece of fruit.

Eat at least 4-5 vegetables daily and

include nuts and berries to your daily intake.

Avoid sweetened drinks including zero that have artificial sweeteners.

Avoid processed sugars, processed foods, artificial sweeteners, dairy, red meat, smoking/vaping and alcohol.

FOOD NUTRITION DURING PREGNANCY

What you eat affects your unborn baby

Everything you eat during pregnancy affects your baby’s development and growth. If you consume a lot of sugar (including sugary drinks) and processed junk foods your baby will lack nutrients needed to develop properly and you may deliver an autistic baby, or a baby who suffers from regular seizures, or has behavioural, speech, sleep and/or learning difficulties.  Non-fruit sugars (processed cane sugar, stevia, dextrose, sucrose, artificial sweeteners) can contribute to abnormal brain development in a fetus.

For a normal healthy baby

 If you want a normal healthy baby you must give it the level of daily nutrition needed for good development and growth. Fruits and vegetables, eggs, berries and nuts (if you don’t have a nut allergy) are vital for the health of your unborn baby.  Our pregnancy diet plan has the right level of daily nutrition for both mother and baby.

Folate

Folate (Vitamin B9) is needed to produce healthy red blood cells and is critical during pregnancy and fetal development. Foods rich in folate are: tomatoes, avocado, spinach, kale, cabbage, green beans, green peas, asparagus, brussels sprouts, broccoli, beetroot, lentils, eggs, fresh fruits and nuts and should be eaten regularly during pregnancy.  These foods are included in our pregnancy diet plan.

More about pregnancy

Morning sickness

A high intake of non-fruit sugars and processed junk foods can contribute to a feeling of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. If you suffer from morning sickness you can take ginger as a capsule or drink ginger tea or some people find just sniffing a stick of ginger works too.  You are less likely to have morning sickness if you eat a diet rich in nutrients and less of the bad stuff.

A less painful labour and delivery

Adopting our anti-inflammatory pregnancy diet that gives your body the right amount of daily nutrition for your baby to develop and grow normally can also provide for a less painful labour and delivery.

Post-natal depression

Once again, adopting our highly nutritious anti-inflammatory pregnancy diet can lower your risk of having post-natal depression.  The less inflammation in your body the happier you can be.

Cabbage Leaves

Cabbage leaves act as an anti-inflammatory for new mum’s breasts. When your milk comes in insert clean cabbage leaves into your bra to calm your breasts and stop swelling.
